Presented, sealed & written to the Great Seal at Edinburgh on 4 Aug. 1614 according to endorsements in Sc.

In favour of John Gordon of Buckie & Beatrice Urquhart, his spouse, & heirs male, respecting toun and lands of Hiltoun, Kinharrachie [Kinnarochie] etc. in barony of Auchterellon, parish of Ellon and sheriffdom of Aberdeen with salmon fishing on Ythan "Necon" [?also] Nether Milntoun of Arnage & multures astricken of mains of Arnage, Towie, Carndelie, Cairntassie, Tullidesk, Elphin, Blindburne, Knockhill as in contract etc. between Walter Cheyne of Arnage and Master Robert Paip, advocate, Aberdeen, and Elizabeth Leask, his spouse, dated at Aberdeen, 28 Oct. 1608 held by charter and infeftment of crown as immediate superior, also toun and lands of Kirkhill with passage to Moss of Tullidesk, etc.

Rights to this also held by Patrick Gray, elder, and Elizabeth Gordon, his wife, & David Adie, burgess of Aberdeen. Goes on to mention of agreement between Alexander Annand and John Gordon of Buckie [as in 2 above.], charter now being granted to Gordon etc. accordingly, with infeftments.
