Description | Tack of tiends granted at [?] Loudoun by Thomas, Lord Bruce of Kinloss, as heritable proprietor of tiendsheaves and other tiends mentioned, in favour of John Gordon of Buckie, for his lifetime, and the lifetime of his heir, second heir, third heir and so on up to 9th heir and thereafter a period of 10 x 19 years respecting tiendsheaves, tiends and vicarage of lands of Kinharrachie in parish of Ellon, with entry as at this date for £4 Sc. yearly to Thomas, Lord Bruce of Kinloss, and £12 as part of stipend to the minister of the kirk of Ellon, relieving Bruce ofcrown duties, etc. (Bruce was brother of the late Edward, Lord Bruce of Kinloss). Duly signed and witnessed on parchment in O.Sc.
