DescriptionInstrument of sasine taken by James Ross, N.P., Aberdeen, and duly witnessed, on compearance of George Robertson, as procurator for John Turner of Turnerhall, with charter including precept of sasine, respecting land and barony of Turnerhall in favour of said John Turner following on earlier writs and precept of sasine dated at Edinburgh 6 Oct. 1760 - see John Turner succeeding as heir to his grandfather, Robert Turner.
On parchment in Latin.

Registration in Abd. Reg. Sas. by Charles Forbes, clerk substitute to keeper thereof on 25 Oct. 1760 is also recorded.
