Instrument of sasine taken by John Turner,N.P., Aberdeen, on presentation by Arthur Urquhart in Turnerhall as procurator for Robert Turner, son of late Andrew Turner sometime in Kinminnatie of charter containing precept of sasine of 23 July 1697 respecting barony of Turnerhall - see 150 supra. Sasine granted by Alex. Moore in Turnerhall as baillie. Duly witnessed etc.
Registration at Aberdeen on 25 Mar. 1698 in Reg. of Sas. for Aberdeenshire and Kincardineshire is also recorded by Alex. Leslie, clerk depute & keeper thereof. |
