| Description | Instrument of Sasine taken by Patrick Cattanach, N.P., Aberdeen, on granting of sasine by William Symson inhabitant in Tillidesk as baillie to Arthur Urquhart inhabitant in Symonstrypps, acting for John Rose of Rosehill, eldest son and heir of late John Rose of Rosehill, respecting lands of Tillidesk, Elphin and Toddelhills as in charter granted by John Keirie of Gogar, now superior, in place of Charles, late Earl of Mar by virtue of disposition by the Earl of 10 Jan. 1683 and decreet of adjudication at his instance against John, now Earl of Mar & his curators ( for his entry) of 20 July 1690 & charter of 10 July 1691 et al to John Ross respecting above lands resigned by Wm. Moir for new infeftment infavour of Rose as in instrument of 28 March 1694 & relevant writs & decreets of same date. Names of witnesses to granting of sasine appended.
