"to warrand the forsd. Moss" to Robert Turner. Instrument taken that this was done at house of Patrick [?] Dowe of Tartie before Alex. Colliw - see 179 infra - was given as: Instrument of intimation of Robert Innes to John Rose to concur with him in defending action raised by Arthur Forbes against William Turner dated 5th Oct. 1693.
