Receipt of certain relevant writs as in some inventory- perhaps that in 140. Duprs - was acknowledged but dates thereof are left blank. Rose hereby admits deeds were not handed over as stated and promised to deliver those here listed apart from 1614 disposition by late Walter Cheyne of Arnage to John Gordon of Buckie.
