Granted at the instance of John Ross of |Rosehill, heir of deceased John Ross of Rosehill, his father, against William Moir of Hiltoune, advocate, respecting non-payment of bond of 4 June 1682 on barony of Hilltoune etc. to deceased John Ross and his heirs & disposition there anent, inhibitions by Sir L. Gordon of Gordounstoune etc. In dorse is note of charging of Moir on 7 Aug. 1693 + arresting of 20,000 merks on 27 June.
