Description | Extract [?copy as unsigned by extractor] of letters of suspension granted under the signet at Edinburghh that day & signed on 5th; granted at the instance of Alexander Williamson in Piltachie against letters of horning raised against him by John Ross (or Rose) of Rosehill and Alex. Lesslie, procurator fiscal of sheriffdom of Aberdeen for taking peats etc. from Moss of Piltachie. Tack from Gordon of Coldwells mentioned. [Apparently used at an awakening of suspension at instance of Rose of Rosehill & Turner of Turnerhall & assigns & procurator fiscal against Alex.
