Deceased, John Donaldson of Hiltoune had granted a bond dated 27 July 1669 in favour of William Gordon,W.S. for £500 Sc. which was registered and decreet passed thereon on 1 Sept. 1670 and assigned on 10 Mar 1673 to James Gordon.Discharge thereof granted by James Gordon on payment by Donaldson on 28 March 1674.
