Description | Tack (signed at Leith 10 May 1617) of the small tiends on vicarage of the lands of Little Arnage by Sir George Bruce of Carnock to John Gordon of Buckie. Bruce is named as principal tacksman of the small tiends of the vicarage and parish kirk and parish of ?Ellon, part of which (concerning Little Arnage), was now set in tack to Gordon for the lifetime of Bruce and his son, George Bruce & 19 years thereafter, +19 years following that from Beltane next 1617 on payment to Bruce and his heirs of 40/- Sc. Yearly. Principal task granted to Bruce by late Edward, Lord Bruce of Kinloss his nephew on 15 April 1613, "transompt" before Lords of Council 21 March 1615.
