Description | Contract of alienation and disposition signed at Aberdeen, (written by William Craigheid, writer in Aberdeen and witnewssed by Alex. Annand of Auchterellon, elder and younger, George Ker in Benwells and Master Wm. Gray, minister at Auchterless), in which Alexander Tullyduff, son of the late Andrew Tullyduff, sometime of Ranyestoune [? Now Raineston], (with consent of Walter Cheyne sometime of Arnage), in return for sums paid (no amount mentioned) by John Gordon of Buckie sells and dispones to him the toun and lands of Blinbburne, parish of Ellon, barony of Arnage and sheriffdom of Aberdeen, with privileges regarding carriage of fuel from moss of Tulliedesk, etc. as in contract granted to Tullydaff by Walter Cheyne. Infeftment etc. to be given to Gordon by precept of sasine or procuratory of resignation, of Tullydaff himself and of the crown.
