Description | Contract between Robert Carncorss, merchant burgess of Edinburgh, and William Couhie, merchant baxter and burgess of Culross, with consent of John Porterfield and others regarding two acres of land in Overgagie (Culross) in which infeftment is to be granted, 1617; Charter, based on contract between Robert Carncorss and William Couhie as stated in MS 2516/1, granted by Robert Carncorss and others in favour of William Couhie and his wife, containing precept of sasine, 1617; Extract from an instrument of sasine granted by John Porterfield in favour of William Cowhie, concerning portion of land in Overgagie, 1617; Charter of Confirmation by James, 2nd Baron Colville of Culross and others, regarding granting of land in Overgagie as stated in contract between Robert Carncorss and William Cowey in MS 2516/1, 1625. |
