| Description | Folio, canvas over calf spine, originally with leather ties. Ruled account book used as a lease book containing copies of leases and agreements with tenants. Most of the book is blank, and many of the leaves have been cut out leaving stubs, some referring to leases. Four pages survive in full; these record:
