Description
Letter appointing James Gregory as first physician to King George III in Scotland to serve at his Majesty's pleasure with a salary of £100 per annum. The letter is signed by the King, 18 May 1800.
The document also contains a note summarising this for the benefit of the King prior to his signing of the presentation. It is signed by "Sidmouth".
