Description | Letter from Georgina Gregory, Canaan Lodge, [Edinburgh], to [Y]ai, enclosing a letter that [she] had wished to see plus a book list that had just been returned by Mr Cleghorn. She tells [her] not to be surprised if "your William" did not write in the next two days as he was visiting Fife one day and on another out-of-town visit the next, and would be likely to miss the London post. She says that Mrs Ross feels better and that she has had a visit from Alicia and Jane [Tough], 16 April. |
