Commends Robert Bruce, Merchant of Culross, to Beale. He is seeking redress for losses sustained at sea, though neither he nor those in charge of his ship gave any cause for seizure. [abstract by James D. George]
Bruce is referred to as "a speciall frend of myne named Robert Bruce, merchand of the toun of culross".
