| Description | Mutual condescendence between the said two colleges anent the division of the said gift of the vacant stipends and of Captain Ross' mortification left indefinitely to both Colleges whereby it is agreed that eight thirteenth parts thereof shall be applied for behoof of the Kings College and the remaining five thirteenth parts for behoof of the Marischal College.
