| Description | Charter by the managers of the hospital of Old Aberdeen in favour of Colonel John Middleton disponing by the way of feu the following lands viz - the hospital croft bounded on the East and West by parts of the tails belonging to the College on the North by Cotton and South by the road leading to Hilton; Also another rig or croft bounded in like manner; And such like another belonging to the said Hospital fof two rigs of land bounded in like manner: As likewise another rig of land bounded in like manner; And also two rigs of land belonging to the said hospital bounded in like manner. As also that other rig of land bounded in like manner to be holden of the said hospital, for the yearly payment of £43:10 - Scots at two terms in the year, and £4 Scots over and above at the entry of an heir. |
