| Description | Sasine following upon a precept of clare constat granted by Patrick Bishop of Aberdeen for infefting the said Walter Ordtoun as son and heir to Bessie Angus his mother in the said croft of twelve ells of breadth with the said three tails or riggs and for infefting him as heir to James Ordtoun his father in a tenement of land in Old Aberdeen with the yard and pertinents thereof lying in the west side of the said City.
