| Description | Contract betwixt the said John Gibson with consent of William Gibson his son and Mr Thomas Menzies of Balgownie on the one part and the said Mr Arthur Watt on the other part whereby the said John Gibson obliges himself to dispone the said lands, of croft on the west side of Old Aberdeen and said three rigs or tails pertaining to the said croft on the westside of the said loch, by resignation in the hands of the said Patrick Gordon for new infeftment to be given in favour of the said Mr Arthur Watt. |
