Description	Articles of roup of the superiority of Balmade where Alexander Lumsden, advocate in Aberdeen is the highest offer, having offered £212 Sterling and declares that he had made the above purchase in name of Mr George Buchan Hepburn, Advocate. By these articles the purchaser is bound to the exposer, or the Patrons of Redhyth's Mortification to grant a Feu Charter upon the foresaid lands to be holden of him for the payment of £1 Scots yearly.
