| Description | Instrument of resignation whereby Thomas Sanchar [Sanquhare] of Murecroft resigns the said whole lands of Berryhill with the pertinents in the hands of William Bishop of Aberdeen Chancellor of the said University and superior of the said lands. Alexander Galloway Notary thereto. The said whole lands of Berryhill are particularly bounded in the said instrument and the marches thereof distinctly set down.
