Description	Instruments of resignation following upon the Prory? Of Resignation contained in the contract of marriage made and past between John Sandilands' eldest lawful [space] to the said Mr James Sandilands of Craibstone with consent of his said father and Mrs Jean Gordon daughter to Sir James Gordon of Lesmoir, and hereby the foresaid hail lands of Sclattie, sun and shaddow halves and Milu thereof are registered into the hands of the Barons of Exchequer in favour and for new infeftment of the same to be granted to the said John Sandilands in liferent and to James Sandilands his fee, conform to the contract of marriage above specified and to disposition and nomination granted by said John Sandilands in favour of himself in life rent and the said James Sandilands his son in fee; Mr Alexander Farquharson, Notary thereto.
