Description	Instrument of resignation of the same date following on the Prory? Of resignation contained in the disposition above specified by the said Mr Patrick Sandilands of Gordon's Mill, with consent of his said mother whereby the foresaid shaddow half of Sclattie and half of the Milu thereof were resigned in the hands of the Lords Commissioners of Exchequer in favour and for new infeftment to be given and granted of the same to the said Mr James Sandilands, and his said spouse; Mr Robert Mitchelson, Notary to the said instrument of resignation.
