| Description | Another authentic charter of the same date, tenor and contents as MSK 256/9/23 new reference: KINGS/2/1/24/23: Foundation or Charter granted by the said Mr Duncan Shirar [Scherar] in favour of a student of arts in the said college of his own name if he can be found the whole annuities therein mentioned upliftable furth of the tenements of land in the burgh of Aberdeen and tenements and roods of land in and about the Burgh of Kintore therein particularly bounded and extending to the sum of three pounds ten shillings Scotts as also of his new tenement of land lying in the Burgh of Aberdeen therein particularly bounded in favor of the Chancellor and Masters of the said College and of several other annunities therein mentioned.
