DescriptionRegistered contract of marriage betwixt Thomas Forbes younger of Waterton and Mrs Mary Montgomery, by which (inter alia) Thomas Forbes elder of Waterton, who is one of the contracting parties, dispones to the said Thomas Forbes younger the town and lands of Balnakettle and Mill thereof etc. together with the teinds of the said lands great and small parsonage and vicarage within the Parish of Udny and Sheriffdom of Aberdeen.
