| Description | Charter of confirmation granted by the said King James under the great seal confirming a charter granted by William Bishop of Aberdeen in favor of the said College of the lands and Mill of Mundurno and an annuity of six merks out of the lands of Petty lying within the Barony of Formartine and Sheriffdom of Aberdeen as also confirming a charter granted by Andrew Elphingston of Selms in favor of the said College of the lands of Balmakeddell and Andcall lying within the sheriffdom of Aberdeen and of an annuity of five pounds out of Utoch and such like confirming a charter granted in favor of the said College by Adam Hepburn of Craigies and Elizabeth Ogston his spouse of the superiority of the lands of Berryhill.
