| Description | Register of discharges and deaths of voluntary patients (1961-1964), deaths of informal patients (1961-1969) and death of recommended patients (1965-1969). For voluntary patients, gives number in admission register, patient's namel, number for year, date of admission, date of discharge or death, result of treatment and observations. Informal patients are listed at the end of the volume - gives number, patient's name, date of admission, date of death, category on discharge, time of death, cause of death, and whether or not there was a post-mortem. From 1965 onwards the deaths of recommended patients are included here. |
