Gives admission number and date, name, sex, whther private or pauper patient, age, marital status, previous occupation, previous abode, county or parish chargeable, on whose authority sent, dates and signatories of medical certificates, patient's bodily condition, name of disorder, form of mental disorder, supposed cause of insamity, whether epileptic or congential idiot, duration of existing attacks, number of previous attacks, age on first attack, date of discharge or death, result, and remarks.. Includes, at 3 September 1939, a list of the 14 male and 10 female patients transferred from Kingseat Hospital (when it was requisitioned by the Navy), and at 1 March 1945, a list of 10 female patients transfered from Old Monkland Asylum. From 1948 no longer distinguishes between private and pauper patients. |
