| Description | Register of births. Each entry records the name and address of the patient and the progress of their labour. A typescript letter is enclosed following the entry for patient number 497. It is addressed to Dr. Gill from George Milne, Registrar at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital and is dated the 6 April 1940. It refers to a female patient admitted as an emergency to the hospital who subsequently died and discusses the post-mortem examination carried out. |
