Page 79: 'To the Secretary of the Medical Society of Aberdeen. I beg leave to submit to the Society the outlines of three cases with detailed dissections, which having lately fallen under my notice in the Military Hospitals of North Britain. The first forms no inappropriate companion to that case of Peritoneal disease which I sometime since transmitted to the Secretary. The two others are interesting in common with all diseases which affect the brain, but they are particularly so as they exhibit specimens of the operation of acute and chronic diseases on that organ, more particularly as they affect that part of it connected with the sense of vision'.
