Description | Thesaurus, Volume 5. Note on title page: 'Book wherein the most approved discourses read before the Medical Society of Aberdeen are inserted'. The first discourse recorded in the volume is 'Chirurgical Notes on Injuries of the Head from External violence', read before the Society in July 1806 by Thomas Ranken.
