| Description | Register of Borrowings of Books and Periodicals. Label attached to cover reads: 'Register of Borrowings of Books and Periodicals. Any Member taking out books or periodicals, (these latter may not be taken out till one month after date of publication), shall carefully enter in this book all the required particulars and add his signature. When such books or periodicals are returned to the basket provided, the relative entry in this book should be completed and initialled. Librarian.' The first entry in the book is dated 29 October 1900 when on that date Dr. Forbes borrowed Allbutt's System of Medicine Vol. 5, shelf mark TT. e. 10. |
