Administrative HistoryThe Naughton Dunn Fund. This fund was established in 1969 following a bequest by Herbert Shorthouse in memory of Naughton Dunn (1884-1939), Orthopaedic Surgeon, Birmingham, and is administered by the Society for the benefit of disadvantaged doctors and their widows, with priority given to those with some connection to Aberdeen or the surrounding area. [See minutes covering period 1968-1973, 1973-1976 and 1976-1980 for further information.]
