Davidson, treasurer of the Tomb Committee; and Maud Storr Best (d 1969), assistant University librarian. The advisory committee on the tomb included Aberdeen architects William Kelly and A. Marshall Mackenzie, Westminster architects Pile, Son and Fairweather, and J. Cromar Watt (1862-1940), artist and engraver in Aberdeen.
