Administrative History	The New Deer Hall Company was set up in 1863 by William Dingwall Fordyce, who was the first chairman of the company. His successors as proprietors of Brucklay were also chairmn of the company until it was wound up in 1956.
Description	Minute book of the New Deer Public Hall Company 1935 – 1956, when the hall was sold and the company was wound up. A sheet of typed accounts (undated) is laid in.
