Copies of draft and signed agreement between DHB and Peress allowing DHB the option to take a licence for his patented joints, with associated correspondence. Correspondence and notes of meeting with Peress, with Peress' thoughts on the design of the suit, patent arrangements, publicity received by the JIM suit and potential buy outs of DHB. The correspondence shows Perress' keenness to test the new suit out, even in his late 70s. Also a letter from Centrax Ltd regarding a potential investment in DHB, 4 copies of an unsigned licence agreement (1975) and a report on DHB's liability to Peress (1979).
