Description	Bundle with old label: "XI Ground East side of Old Aberdeen", containing: 1. Disposition by Christian Young and Thomas Mowat to Master John Robertson as factor to the Hospital of Old Aberdeen of the tenement and ground on the east side of Old Aberdeen bound by the King's common highway on the west and the riggs of the same city on the east, 5 May 1697 2. Instrument of sasine in favour of James Hatt and Mr William Smith as Masters of the Hospital of Old Aberdeen of ane tenement formerly of Issobell Kelman in Old Aberdeen, 30 April 1722
