DescriptionLetter to Miss Anna Gordon from John Miller, London, thanking for her letter, explaining that they are waiting for a letter from her brother Andrew, pleased now to be able to send that to her and her mother and sister, Andrew has apparently written every week but the letters have not arrived, her brother Francis has also now arrived safely after a good voyage and expects to take a new ship to the West Indies, note of coach wheels to be sent by the Barbra of Banffshire, Francis will be able to take letters to their brother at St Croix, trying to get money from Andrew’s debtors and will send it to her, death of John Reid’s brother and request to give the news to his mother, 4 August 1761
