Papers in a case concerning the Reverend Morris Victor Theodore Varney, rector of the St Magnus's Episcopal Church, Lerwick, on his appeal to the College of Bishops against the censure passed by the Bishop of Aberdeen and Orkney on five charges which had been brought by Varney against the vestry of St Magnus, for their alleged negligence in their duties, 1936 - 37 (1 bundle);

Papers concerning the case between the Bishop of Aberdeen and the Reverend Charles Wagstaff, regarding censures which had been brought by bishops against the clergy under their jurisdiction, "on their own absolute free will without respect to canon law authority", undated (1 file: 5 items).
