Manuscript report on the expedition to Cilicia by Adolf Wilhem, undated manuscript, 48 pages, with proof marks. The report gives the academic background to the expedition, the itinerary and some discoveries and also covers the wide range of problems encountered such as a lack of accurate mapping, the plundering of previously mapped sites, and malaria. Typed versions of this report are in MS 3286/3/1/6.

Letter from Ian Macpherson to Calder dated Ankara, 13 April 1953, reporting the discovery of five new milestones; also second page only of another letter from Macherson describing the excavation of a stone from the mosque at Bahadat.

Letter from George Bean dated Cihagin Cadessi, 17 November 1955, discussing inscriptions; with a sketch-map and a list of names and sources. Bean remarks that Ramsay was an "old scoundrel at times" as he (Bean) had revisited some of Ramsay's stones and feels that Ramsay had "made up facts afterwards" to suit his "convenience". The rest of the letter deals with Professor Calder's map and Bean's annotations and suggested corrections.

Envelope of photographs of inscribed stones, sent to Calder in Edinburgh by the Director of the Afyon Museum; undated
