Description | Nineteenth century estate records from the Earl of Aberdeen's Cromar estate. The collection comprises factory accounts, 1845 - 1870; cash books containing crop accounts, 1829 - 1843 and 1829 - 1862; rental ledgers, 1830 - 1855; crop accounts ledgers, with indexed entries for each tenant and records of payments in money or kind, 1836 - 1869; records relating to Government drainage scheme, arranged by farm name, 1849 - 1850. |
