Description Bundle with various sub-bundles, including titlesand inventories of writs for Haulkerton lands:

1. Draft table of descendants of William 7th Earl of Kintore 1850

2. Draft declaration by John Blaikie, advocate in Aberdeen, that:
(a) he was well acquainted with Anthony Adrian, Earl of Kintore;
(b) he is one of his executors;
(c) the Earl of Kintore was married in 1817 to Juliet Renny;
(d) Juliet Renny died in 1819 without issue;
(e) the Earl of Kintore married Louisa Hawkins at Dunnichen, Forfar, on 27 August 1821;
(f) the eldest son of that marriage was William Adrian, Lord Inverury, born 1822, who died after falling from his horse at Brixworth, Northampton, in 1843, a matter of public notoriety;
(g) William Adrian was never married;
(h) his brother is Francis Alexander, subsequently the [8th] Earl of Kintore, who was born at Faringdon, Berkshire on 7 June 1828;
(i) Adrian Alexander, Earl of Kintore died 11 July 1844, survived by Francis Alexander, his second son, "who is still alive and well known to me and is entitled to, and has succeeded him". 1850

3. Extract from register of marriages of the parish of Dunnichen that the Earl of Kintore and Miss Louisa Hawkins "proclaimed there this day in the parish kirk in order to be married" 26 August 1821

4. Draft declaration by Francis Hawkins that Anthony Adrian, Earl of Kintore married his sister Louisa Hawkins on 27 August 1821; that the Earl of Kintore had previously been married to Juliet Renny of Borrowfield who died in 1819 without issue; that the eldest son of the Earl of Kintore and Louisa Hawkins was William Adrian Keith Falconer who was killed in December 1843 by a fall from his horse and had never been married; that the second son of the Earl of Kintore and Louisa Hawkins was Francis Alexander, Earl of Kintore, born 17 June 1848; and that Anthony Adrian Keith Falconer, Earl of Kintore died 11 July 184, survived by the said Francis Alexander Keith Falconer, who became Earl of Kintore (2 copies) 1850

5. Draft declaration by Thomas Thomson, surgeon and medical practitioner, that Anthony Adrian, Earl of Kintore , died at Keithhall 11 July 1844; that he was present at the latter's death; that he touched his body, was present at his funeral, and saw him interred in the churchyard of Keithhall 1850

6. Certificate of baptism of Francis Alexander Keith Falconer, born 7 June, baptised 10 July 1828

7. Declaration by William Macfarlane, schoolmaster and session clerk of the parish of Dunnichen, that he was keeper of the public registers including the register book of proclamation of banns, and that there had never been a register of marriages for the parish 1850

8. Draft declaration by the session clerk of the parish of Keithhall that the paper annexed with the letter (B) [not present] is a true copy from the register of burials relating to the burial of Anthony Adrian, Earl of Kintore 1850. This has also been used as draft declaration by the Rev. John Keith.

9. Incomplete draft declaration by clergyman of the Episcopal Church, Forfar, that the paper annexed marked A [not present] is a true copy of the entry in the Register Book of marriages kept for that church. 1850
