| Description | Bundle of writs of lands in Inverurie and Kintore acquired by the Earls of Kintore, containing four sub-bundles:
1. Bundle with old label "Br III No. I X General Titles to Subjects in Inverury acquired from [sic] John 3rd Earl of Kintore from Dr James Milnes heirs and contained in entail of 1793", containing inventory of the lands of Dr Milne's property 1741 and writs of those lands; 5 items 1653 - 1741
2. Bundle with old label "Br III No. I XI. Subjects in and about Inverury acquired from Alexander Galloway. Entailed 1793", containing instrument of sasine of 15 December 1562 of lands in Inverurie in favour of John Galloway burgess of Aberdeen and an instrument of sasine of 28 February 1676, also0 of lands in Inverurie, in favour of Alexander Galloway. Both documents fragile and unfit for production.
3. Bundle with old label "Br III No. I XIII Property in and about Inverury acquired from William Murdo and entailed 1793" containing instrument of sasine on one-twelfth of the burrow land of Inverurie 31 May 1623 and instrument of sasine on that land in favour of William Earl of Kintore 15 October 1715. Both documents fragile and unfit for production.
4. Bundle with old label "Br III No. I XIII Property in Inverury acquired from William Murdo prior to 1793" containing charter by the Town of Inverurie to Thomas Johnston of Gallowslacks of Inverurie1603 and subsequent writs including sasine on the Gallowslack croft in favour of Willian Joss 1648, charter by William Robertson burgess of Aberdeen to John Jonston of land in Inverurie 1605, charter by Willam Robertson to Alexander Joss of two roods of land in Inverurie 1620, and instrument of sasine in favour of William Earl of Kintore over Gallowslack and others in Inverurie 30 November 1719
5. Bundle with old label "Br III No. I XIV Property in Inverury acquired from Alexander Paterson. Entailed 1793" containing disposition by Alexander Paterson in favour of John 3rd Earl of Kintore of one-sixteenth of burrow land in Inverurie 19 August 1738
6. Bundle with old label "Br III No. I XV Property in Inverury acquired from William Murray. Entailed 1793" containing three writs of a rig and rood of land in Inverurie 1748 to 1753
7. Bundle with old label "Br III No. I XVI Property in Inverury acquired from John Beverlie and ntailed 1793" containing two writs of a tenement and piece of land in Inverurie formerly held by John Taylor and John Beverlie, 1750 and 1753
8. Bundle with old label "Br III No. I XVII Property in Inverury acquired from R. Donaldson and entailed 1793" containing isox in favour of William Lord Inverury 1711
9. Charter of wadset by George Johnston to James Milne and spouse of six roods of land and others 1710
