Charter of confirmation by John Ogyston of that ilk and laird of The Crag of Glenylay narrating that having on 24 January 1405/6 in his fully constituted court of the barony of The Crag held at Perth on 24 January 1405/6 an assize on oath declared that the ancestors of John Dempster of Caraldtoun held the lands of Eglismaldy and that he and his heirs now held the same of the laird of The Crag in fee and heritage for ever with common pasturage in the muir of Luthir, said John Dempster and his heirs paying yearly to the laird of The Crag and his heirs one penny in name of blenche ferme if asked at Whitsunday; and said John of Ogyston laird of The Crag confirms and approves said infeftment for him and his heirs.
