Description
About Tytler's Essay on the Principles of Translation (London, 1791), and Campbell's letter to Creech suspecting plagiarsim from his preface to translation of gospels. Has written to Campbell exonerating himself. Question of Beattie writing life of Tytler's father. Tytler does not like account of him by Mr Anderson in European Magazine.
