DescriptionApologises that he is unable to accept the Duchess's invitation owing to the state of his health. Will call at Seatoun the next day if he is able. He has received from the booksellers a certain book which he had mentioned to the Duchess in Edinburgh and hopes she will accept it. Dated Aberdeen 24th Febry. at night.
