| Description | Papers relating to expulsion of John Anderson from the Aberdeen Stock Exchange Association. Includes draft letter to John Anderson from Secretary of the Aberdeen Stock Exchange Association confirming that he had been expelled in accordance with Rule 21 (MS 2756/7/5/1) and letter from William Lowe to the Committee of the Aberdeen Stock Exchange Association regarding missing shares which he had asked John Anderson to purchase for him from the Culter Paper Mills Company (MS 2756/7/5/2). MS 2756/7/5/5 is a follow up letter withdrawing his complaint to the Committee. MS 2756/7/5/15 is a copy of the minutes of the special meeting of the Aberdeen Stock Exchange called to consider the case of John Anderson, dated 12 October 1898. |
