Fraser reapecting sunny third of Cuburtie, 1200 merks and 5 year tack for middle third and to George Chhalmer in? Noth, alleged tutor to him, to receive said sums and also to receive as assignee to george Baird in Simmertoun 1200 merks and tack on redemption of sum, etc. lent to Sir Alex. Fraser on shadow third of Cuburtie; Wm. Cuik was also warned to compear to receive 2000 merks and tack in redemption of Urinall (with fishings).Old refs. 33 and (13).
